We are excited to announce our new accessible van, made possible by a generous $18,000 donation from the La Ronge Elks!

This van is more than just transportation—it represents new possibilities and inclusivity, providing our clients with the freedom to explore, attend events, and participate in enriching activities.

The La Ronge Elks’ contribution is a testament to their commitment to building a more inclusive community. This vehicle will significantly enhance our service delivery, enabling clients to experience greater independence and joy.

Thank you to the La Ronge Elks for their support and for helping transform lives and foster a supportive community for all.

WHO WE ARE

NorthSask Special Needs works to provide enhanced opportunities for vulnerable people to access support, prevention, and education services, and to have safe and appropriate housing, meaningful employment, and rewarding educational activities.

WHAT WE DO

We offer person-centred care for adults with cognitive disabilities through three different programs: our Group Home, our Supported Independent Living Program, and our Day Program. Many of our participants access support through more than one of these programs, allowing us to provide them with the most holistic care possible.

In order to provide the best service possible to the clients we serve, we rely on a variety of funding sources. Your support can help us achieve our mission to meet the needs of adults with cognitive disabilities to access a person-centered quality of life through programming, advocacy, and community partnerships.
